Good job, Char!
In 2011 I crossed the finish line of a 30k race after 2 hours and 50 mins. It was the longest race I have ever run. So I can imagine how long your long run takes ... and its toughness.
Please, don't forget the importance of rehydration!
Giorgiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16586919083285187135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-770104768123714471.post-27338063624239388582013-08-20T00:40:00.698-07:002013-08-20T00:40:00.698-07:00We stop at taps and have drinks along the way but ...We stop at taps and have drinks along the way but apart from that it's all go.Charhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13819714901550763235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-770104768123714471.post-64271794647634091332013-08-20T00:06:23.672-07:002013-08-20T00:06:23.672-07:00I can't even imagine running 30km (hell, I can...I can't even imagine running 30km (hell, I can't imagine running 30m at this point!).
