I'm afraid I can't offer any running advice - not being a runner 'n' all... but I think you're doing a great job.<br /><br />The loo story was funny. When I used to walk in the morning I'd often get the urge and got to the point where I was paranoid - particularly if just walking neighbourhood streets as I could hardly knock on someone's door as ask to use their loo. (Well, I could but they might think I'm strange!)<br /><br />I'm impressed with anyone who runs.
